5.0 star star star star starDr. Castelli is a very caring doctor. He discussed all of my recent tests and overall health since my hospital stay in October. He took the time to answer all of my many questions and told me I could call him with further questions.

5.0 star star star star starIt was a total honor to have Dr. Castelli on my care team! He is so kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and encouraging! He immediately put me at ease upon meeting him and always kept me informed. He noticed that I was nervous right before surgery and he treated me with such compassion and assured me everything would be ok. I'm so lucky to have such a great person to have helped me!

5.0 star star star star starHe was an excellent communicator explaining my hernia problem and the course of care. He also described what the surgery procedure would entail from beginning thru recovery. I am glad to have been referred to Anthony from my internist [full name].

5.0 star star star star starPatients need doctors that listen to their patient and he most certainly does that. From the initial meeting pre-op to the follow-up appointment weeks later, Dr. Castelli demonstrated a master class in patience, kindness, and skill. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
