Dr. Southgate took the time to speak with me about my medical history, explored other causes for my hip pain, gave a thorough exam, offered medications to reduce inflammation and pain, ordered an MRI to further examine the source of my pain and to better provide medical solutions to provide long term relief.

Dr. Southgate instills confidence. He is very patient, taking his time to explain anything and everyyhing. He knew how nervous I was to have a shot in my knee. But he calmly explained several times how it would help me. It was not that bad and hardly hurt. Also I was not taking my Celbrex correctly. No shaming just reviewing what to do. Both have helped me alot. I feel much better. Now I just need Iovera for my surgery and I will be out dancing in no time

He examined my knee and xrays. We discussed my pain and activity level. Then made a plan for follow up care. It is very likely I will need a knee replacement, maybe even this year. But the doctor took his time to explain everthing and answer my questions. I cancelled my appointment at Endeavor. Any care I need will be at NW with this team.
