5.0 star star star star starWhen you receive a returned call on time it signals to the patient that the Doctor is on his/her game and has done the necessary homework on your case. Many patients are waiting for a diagnosis of a possible life threatening issue, The apprehension of the patient is real and having a doctor acknowledge and respect the patient’s concerns by returning a call when promised rates a 10 score in my book any day.

5.0 star star star star starI don’t have enough words to say what an outstanding doctor she is in every way a doctor should be. I’ve only had one other doctor in my life that took such care, compassion and aggressive action of my health.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Malsin called and gave us the best news right before the holidays. She has always been cautiously optimistic and given us hope during this very stressful ordeal. Thanks so much, Konstantine & Antigone Kouvelis

5.0 star star star star starWe remembered meeting each other prior to my appointment when I was a patient in the hospital. She is very easy to talk to and be with. She had to remove a stitch from where my catheter was placed. She did it with such ease, I didn’t know it was done.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
