5.0 star star star star starAwesome doctor. My nose was damaged because of a MOHS procedure and Dr Sidle brought it back to normal. Still a little healing to do but everything looks great. During the whole process of this repair Dr Sidle explained everything to me up front, discussed different options, expectations, etc. I always felt that I was getting the best advice and the best care. Having confidence in my doctor is very important to me.

5.0 star star star star starDr Sidle is really great. He, assisted by Dr [last name], operated on me about a week ago. It was nice that he gave me options on the procedure and we discussed them all in depth. It felt really good that Dr Sidle was thinking about me because just before the procedure, he told me about another "stent option" he had researched and thought would be a good solution. Dr [last name] was there and he also seemed very enthusiastic about it. It was very cool to see this teamwork and creativity come together. And, these Docs were able to translate the whole concept in layman's terms and I readily agreed - it made sense and, because I trust these Docs completely, I had no qualms about following their recommendations. Today, I came in to get the stitches and the stents taken out. Dr [last name] took care of that. I was so nervous and I anticipated a painful time in the chair but it was nothing of the sort. Yes, it hurt a little (I am a big baby when it comes to pain) but suddenly it was over and I was shocked as it turned out to be much milder and quicker than I ever anticipated. Dr Sidle came in later and we talked about the procedure and next steps. He went over after care with me and then talked about the healing process. I will be seeing him again in February. I've been home for about 5 hours now. Before this morning if I even touched my nose it hurt. After the stents and stitches were removed I finally felt somewhat normal. Now, going on dinner time, I feel great! I thank my doctors for that. The best! Yes, I know I'm going on and on but I don't want to forget Dr [last name] who was also involved in my care. While he did not operate and I did not see him today he was the first doctor I saw in this department and he gained my trust immediately and I knew I was in the right hands. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Sidle, we met due to I had a Basil Cancer on my face near to my nose and right eye. After the Mohs surgeon Dr. La Pier I had a hole in my face and so close to my right eye. Dr. Sidle grafted it with my skin and filled the hole. Everyone who knows compliments the job he did saying they cannot tell I had a hole in my face.

5.0 star star star star starToday...meetings with Doctors are a cattle run. The corporate entities such as Advocate and Endeavor want to get patients in quick...and get them out within a 20 minute timeframe. Dr. Douglas M. Sidle approaches you as a human being. Not a number. We can speak to him in a human way...and he is very empathetic and understanding and takes his time to explain the scenario.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Sidle has incredible skill. In addition to great surgical skill, he is an excellent communicater. He listens to his patients and makes recommendations based on their needs, while clearly outlining realisitic risks and outcomes. I am thrilled with both the outcome of my surgery and the quality of care I received. Is "eleven plus" a choice on the rating scale?
