I interviewed 3 doctors. The first was too young and lacked experience. The second was what I would call a "hat trick doctor" (seemed like he had someplace else to be). The third was Dr. Perry -- he's in the prime of his career, he has compassion, he took his time explaining my options, and my guess is he has a good family life (support).
