5.0 star star star star starDr. Jelinek was very thorough in her history taking and thoughtful in the referrals for testing and consults. She helped me by defining the reasons for my symptoms and was able to create a treatment plan that has me feeling much better.

5.0 star star star star starI so appreciate Doctor's like Dr Jelinek who go way beyond the call of duty to carefully analyze the medical and psychological pieces in the treatment puzzle and design next steps to meet patient's temperament and medical reports. Thank you so much Dr Jelinek. Truly it is with patience and gentle handholding that Dr Jelenik helps the patient to logical and appropriate decision mode.

5.0 star star star star starI really don't have much contact with Dr. Jelinek, just the very few minutes before the actual procedure begins, but I also believe that she is very good at what she does so feel I am getting the best of care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Jelinek takes time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. She is compassionate and caring in ways that are not often seen enough in doctors visits. I am navigating through an incurable, rare autoimmune disease that has many GI issues. Dr Jelinek has helped me get through so many of them favorably. She is sincerely invested in my progress and healing. I don't know how I would do this without her.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
