He was thorough in his explanation. He respected the family's request to avoid the word "cancer" infront of the 98-year-old patient. He was gentle in the procedure and included the patient when explaining what was going to happen to the guardian.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Jiang....his knowledge of masses such as mine and what to expect of it, his openness and honesty looking into the future and the choices in dealing with it. Dr. Jiang relates very easily to his patients. Explains what he will do and why he is doing it. Definitely takes all the time a patient needs to make sure the right decisions are made. I'd say he is very clinical, but at the same time, very personable.
