Didnâ€™t prepare himself (didnâ€™t go through the patientâ€™s medical history before the visit), so all the time was filled ONLY with making up for that. Didnâ€™t examine the patient, didnâ€™t ask any questions, he only exhibited a very reluctant behavior.

Initially I didnâ€™t find he had good bedside manner, but I think he is working on that and Iâ€™m also getting used to his personality. At the end of the day, what is more important is his medical prowess and not his communication skills
