Dr Eskandari came in promptly. He sat at eye level and listened to my concerns. He asked me questions and made me feel more comfortable by his warmth and education he gave me. He addressed some mis information I had previously received. He assured me a test would be done. I felt Dr Mark understood me and my priorities. He spent the right amount of time with me. A huge factor in making me feel cared for was when Dr Mark said "we will make the decision together". I keep hearing this in my head and my anxiety has gone down. He is wonderful.

Dr E listens to how I'm expressing myself when I describe my medical situation. His responses match my level of understanding and/or comprehension. I never feel overwhelmed with information or spoken down to. I leave an office visit with a clear understanding of my condition and what my next course of action should be.

Dr. Eskandari is very experienced and patient caring surgeon. He takes the time to explain his recommendations and is very calm. He is exactly the surgeon you want to have when you have to undergo complex vascular surgery. I wouldn't go to anybody else.

I am so very grateful that the Physicians at Northwestern in McHenry referred me to Dr. Eskandari to do the surgery on my carotid artery which had a 90 percent blockage. This Physician is meticulous , very kind and caring and a wonderful surgeon. I would recommend his services to anyone lucky enough to have him.
