Besides the reasons given, Dr. Cavens established a collaborative rapport. Despite my lack of knowledge about the subject of my visit, Dr. Cavens was consistently respectful and honoring as she elicited a collaborative engagement. Everyone was so pleasant and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. With my fear of needles Dr Cavens was so kind and accommodating, she had one of the nurses come in to the room so i could lay down while getting my blood drawn instead of sitting up in labs. I felt really safe and taken care of . What an awesome team and Dr Cavens is the best, she covered everything with me and what to expect and made me feel really excited about going through this journey with her and the team !

Dr. Cavens ask me about my symptoms. She reviewed my medical chart going back to 2006 because it was relevant to my visit. We discussed my medical history so she could understand my medical issues. She explained everything she was doing and addressed my concerns as she was examining me. She told me her diagnosis and explained how she was going to treat it! Excellent bedside manner!

Dr. Cavens , was amazing she did a COPO procedure that I was apprehensive due to a past painful experience, she reassured me that she would do her best. Dr. Cavens delivered on her promise my COPO wasn't painful. Her bedside manners were stellar.Dr. Explained everything she was doing through out the entire procedure.

Dr. Cavens is very personable, which I truly appreciated as a new patient! She proactively developed an action plan with me when test results from a pelvic ultrasound revealed unexpected results. The follow-up with me on the results was timely. She thoroughly explained the outcome of the test results and the recommended preventative measures that should be taken due to the test results.

Dr. Cavens was very personable during the visit and did not hesitate to address any questions I had during the visit.
