Bethany is quite frankly amazing. I saw a dietician in my home town and it was so disappointing. She knew nothing about my condition and offered very little guidance other than the food pyramid. Bethany is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition including but not limited to alternate protein sources and nutritional value of food. She is easy to talk to and offers encouragement and hope. I am able to see her via telehealth which is huge for me.
