5.0 star star star star starBethany has such knowledge and compassion for her patients. The team that NM has put together to address ALL of the effects of IBD is a huge game changer for me. I've been dealing with this disease and its effects tor years.

5.0 star star star star starShe & I always have issues trouble with the video calls NOT working VERY FRUSTRATING. I appreciate her effort behind the scenes as well. She's an integral part of my NEW EOE lifestyle. Why don't we have an EOE weekly or monthly Zoom Clinics?? Thanks Bethany!

5.0 star star star star starBethany is quite frankly amazing. I saw a dietician in my home town and it was so disappointing. She knew nothing about my condition and offered very little guidance other than the food pyramid. Bethany is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition including but not limited to alternate protein sources and nutritional value of food. She is easy to talk to and offers encouragement and hope. I am able to see her via telehealth which is huge for me.

5.0 star star star star starBethany was WONDERFUL. She came prepared to our meeting (spoke with my gastroenterologist beforehand, so nice to have my care team communicating to come up with good solutions). She is really knowledgeable and gave me some achievable goals, and was very friendly.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
