5.0 star star star star starShe is hands down one of the best people and most informed on my condition and nutrition. I learned so much in my first call with her and then I really most need grounding with this overwhelming Uc diagnosis. Her expertise and manner contribute to my healing from a physical and psychological standpoint. I trust her, she cares, she’s amazing. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starI am extremely likely to recommend Bethany Marie Doerfler, RD for care because in addition to informing patients of what foods are good for you and why, and what foods are not, and why, with her gastroenterological background she convincingly interests patients to want to follow these healthy guidelines as she identifies the causes and affects to a person’s health and life that come from eating these bad foods.

5.0 star star star star starBethany is the icing on a gastrointestinal cake. Her knowledge, focus, enthusiasm, energy, and generosity are beyond exceptional. (I'd like her to come live with us.) At our meeting she gave me the names of three books, two enzymes to aid digestion, numerous suggestions about ways to "layer" protein in my diet, ways to re-introduce foods I've been avoiding due to previous pain, and a jolly good way of encouraging me. I marvel at how much she knows and how readily she can access it and fit it to my needs without losing focus. My one issue is that for whatever reason MyChart freezes when I try to access her other recommendations, even after a shut-down last night. Also, the directions for a video call with her yesterday were confusing. On MyChart, as I recall, the message said I could access the link via text, email, or MyChart (it was directly thru MyChart that I met with Dr. Phan twice & seamlessly), so I was waiting on MyChart--but the link to Bethany came thru on my email. So she called me on our landline and that was fine.
