5.0 star star star star starBeth is great. She's a great listener, explains everything well, and asks really good questions. I learned a ton from her and got a lot of good ideas. She was able to help me navigate multiple problems and explained how everything works together. She also had done her homework and read everything from the doctor's notes.

5.0 star star star star starBethany is very personable and easy to talk to. She takes an approach to customize recommendations on an individual level vs. strictly following a diet for a specific condition that may not be the best option for the patient. She tailored her recommendations to my personal likes and what is working for me, which I greatly appreciated.

5.0 star star star star starOh my God, where to begin? Beth is on the same page as me when it comes to holistic and alternative solutions to my symptoms. There is nothing I bring up that she doesn’t know about and can amplify. She is a human encyclopedia. She patiently listens to me and gives me tips and recommendations. She’s just the best!

5.0 star star star star starI finally feel like I’m being heard after 2yrs of being miserable, post ileostomy, in regards to tolerating food. Dr Bethany is very kind, very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares. I’ve been trying to get a dietitian for a year now to no avail. I know insurance played a part in that. That’s the sad part. So thank you, Bethany! I appreciate you and your support.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
