Dr. Beth Doerfler is fantastic! She's extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful "bedside manner". She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable telling her all my concerns relating to my diet, gut health, etc. She really "gets me" and that's not easy to do!
