5.0 star star star star starDr. Hagerman seemed to have done his homework on us before we entered the office. He was thorough, explained things, gave his reasonings... We felt we finally had a PCP to guide us through our medical needs

5.0 star star star star starHe has a hell of mind. He is an asset to NU medicine. I've not had a doctor to date with his insights and wit. I hope he stays at NU; retention is clearly an issue there_given that I've had two transfers of care within 2 years_he'd be a real loss. Either way, he will land well wherever he ventures in medicine

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hagerman is a very knowledgable and thorough doctor. He answered all of my questions compassionately and was genuinely interested in improving my health. He is very easy to talk to and he made me feel very comfortable talking about my health. I would highly recommend Dr. Hagerman.

5.0 star star star star starFirst appointment was for transfer of care. Very detailed evaluation of my previous history and meds. I appreciate his time and level of oversight. Easy to communicate with and listens very well to patient concerns.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hagerman was great. He was on-time (actually early!) to my appointment and was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns. He was direct and to the point and I couldn't have asked for a better visit!

5.0 star star star star starI was switching from a doc who has been my doc for a really long time (and I was sad she was leaving practice). I was nervous about seeing a male doc, too. Dr Hagerman really impressed me. He has a great 'bedside' manner, he listened and he explained things clearly. I'm hopeful he stays around for a long time :-)

5.0 star star star star starI've already recommended Dr. Hagerman to a friend who moved here recently, after my wonderful experience. Dr. Hagerman was flexible in regard to his approach to my care, he gave helpful input and affirmation regarding my short term and long term goals. He provided insight to a different OTC medication to try instead of the one I was currently using, this switch has increased my day to day quality of life dramatically, especially while at work and my nightly sleep quality.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
