She knew my entire medical record when she started the visit. She asked me to tell her what led up to my problem. She listened first and then explained the exam procedure and answered all my questions. After the exam she explained what my options were and again listened and answered my questions. We came to a plan for me to follow. I felt relieved and confident following thru.
