5.0 star star star star starAfter suddenly finding ourselves without a Primary Care Dr we thought nobody could fill his shoes. We had been with him over 30 years. From the minute we first met Dr Wheat we knew she was the perfect match . She made us feel comfortable and at ease. Understood us and took right over from our previous Dr. I know I can trust her to take care of our family and I know we made the right choice.

5.0 star star star star starThe Dr Listened to me carefully, eye contact, she was genuinely listening to what I was saying, didn't interrupt me, then proceeded to give me her recommendations in detail. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a PCP

5.0 star star star star starI loved that she took time last night to look at my chart and review my symptoms and past treatment. She was also very kind, compassionate and listened to my symptoms and concerns in a way that made me feel like she truly cared and wanted to help. She even offered help from her staff to try and get me get in to see a neurologist sooner than I would had I tried calling myself for an appointment. I am glad I received her care today and I'm optimistic she will help me find a diagnosis for my symptoms.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
