5.0 star star star star starThis doctor sees both myself and my husband. He has made such a difference in my husbands life since he gave him suggestions for stomach issues. Since my husband cut these triggers out, he has felt much better. He also answered all of my questions about my procedure and he truly cares about his patients. He is the only specialist I would see for these issues in the future.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bhatia as his staff, was extremely personable, friendly, and of course, very knowledgeable. He had looked at my chart ahead of time and was well aware of my visit and what topics had to be covered. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a gastroenterologist.

5.0 star star star star starvery knowledgeable and personable. I suspect he has delivered his pre-op explanation about 1,000 times, so I thought he went through that message too quickly. MY wife is a retired BSN and she thought it was quick also.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
