5.0 star star star star starAfter my doctors office did not return my call in an appropriate time frame I headed to immediate care. The doctor was so kind and understanding. I was shocked this is not normal with the doctors I have at this hospital it's the opposite. It was very comforting to know I was in good hands. I was happy with his bedside manners it made my visit a lot better than what I expected.

5.0 star star star star starDr Carlino showed excellent diagnostic skills. I would come back here in a heartbeat. This will be my go-to immediate care place. It was very helpful that I was able to make an appointment. I waited only a few minutes.

4.0 star star star star star_borderI don't think the lost urine sample fiasco was Dr. Carlino's fault. HOWEVER... no one seems to be in charge at immediate care in Glenview. No one seems to recall me coming in twice for the same purpose.

5.0 star star star star starI had an excellent experience at this urgent care today. Dr. Carlino was one of the most pleasant and genuinely caring physicians I've ever met. He had a great bedside manner, took the time to listen, and explained everything clearly. It's rare to feel that comfortable and respected at an urgent care, and I really appreciated how thorough and kind he was.

5.0 star star star star starI cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carlino. What a great clinician and great bedside manner. I love it when I don't feel like I have to prove myself to a doctor. He believed me and treated me like a human.

5.0 star star star star starI was in good hands with Dr Carlino. All doctors should follow Dr Carlino's example. Good bedside manner & listened intently to my concerns. Evaluated my concerns & recommended an aggressive action plan. He exceeded my expectations, especially for a first time meeting.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
