After my doctors office did not return my call in an appropriate time frame I headed to immediate care. The doctor was so kind and understanding. I was shocked this is not normal with the doctors I have at this hospital it's the opposite. It was very comforting to know I was in good hands. I was happy with his bedside manners it made my visit a lot better than what I expected.

I don't think the lost urine sample fiasco was Dr. Carlino's fault. HOWEVER... no one seems to be in charge at immediate care in Glenview. No one seems to recall me coming in twice for the same purpose.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care today. Dr. Carlino was one of the most pleasant and genuinely caring physicians I've ever met. He had a great bedside manner, took the time to listen, and explained everything clearly. It's rare to feel that comfortable and respected at an urgent care, and I really appreciated how thorough and kind he was.
