I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Baird for my PCP. Our doctor-patient relationship feels like a real partnership. He is also very aware of all the latest treatments, medications, etc. and carefully goes over the pros and cons.

Dr. Baird provides excellent medical care, thoroughly explains all lab results, treatment options and medications and includes the patient in their individual treatment plan to provide optimal health. Dr. Baird is very knowledgable and shares detailed information of current trends with medications and treatment options regarding all medical conditions. Dr. Baird demonstrates excellent patient rapport and consistent "patient centered" care. I would highly recommend Dr. Baird as a primary physician and I am very grateful for his care.

He diagnoses an astonishing amount of medical conditions. Everything from paronychia of my big toe to picking up on my stage 4 hip arthritis, and recommending orthopedic hip specialists, rather than just letting the condition continue on, and get worse. He is also excellent in explaining how things work, making it easy to comply with his orders. I also like his emphasis on tests to catch problems early on. It is comforting to see test results. Finally, I always leave Dr. Baird's office inspired, motivated, hopefully and happy. He is one of a kind.
