At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Micco. When I met Dr. Micco for the first time, he walked in and immediately asked me if I've seen ear doctors since I was a kid. Clearly my anxiety and fear was all over my face. He immediately put at my east and is very good at what he does. I truly believe Dr. Micco prevented me losing my hearing and/or developing cancer. He changed my life and I'll always be grateful. Thank you.
Dr. Micco spend about two minutes with me. He did not review medication. He had sent me to other Drs. in his group and did not seem to read their reports. He needle focused on the original diagnoses and looked no further. I think that the care could me more wholistic in approach. That being said I believe he is a good doctor.
I was relaxed seeing Dr. Micco and he seemed he knew what he was talking about. I just wish I could of thought of other questions that I didn't even think about. He answered most of all my questions on my list.
Dr. Micco and his staff were so helpful when I encountered some troubles while travelling. They were quick to respond via e-mail and found time in his busy schedule to see me upon my return. I am so thankful he was able to do that for me.
Dr. Micco was so knowledgeable; I had total confidence in his expertise. He had 'done his homework' and thoroughly reviewed test information I brought in. He carefully explained my condition and what options were available to me. He made sure I understood and I never felt rushed. He is an approachable. compassionate physician. In my opinion, Dr. Micco is the gold standard of doctors. NW is lucky to have him.
