I knew from the beginning I was in great hands with Dr Helen Kim, you can tell she is experienced and knowledgeable in the field and has an inclination to get all the possible information in order to make a recommendation on treatment - which is great because as patients we want answers too. She is open to dialogue and is thorough in answering any questions and listens to the patient. I appreciated those conversations as it empowers the patient in this difficult journey. Dr. Kim was also extremely responsive throughout the treatment responding to messages, calling in the evening hours to discuss results, and many times made herself available for an appointment just so we wouldn't have to delay treatment. We are so grateful to have had her as our doctor during our [specified] journey and definitely attribute our pregnancy and [embryos] to her dedication to our case.
