She was very knowledgeable and felt comfortable with her experitse. However, was a bit formal. Dove right in instead of getting to know us. A lot of information shared so quickly and all at once was very overwhelming. No time to process to be able to ask questions or discuss further. Course of action felt a bit "one size fits all" rather than again getting to know us and discussing things together.
