Ellen is a very caring person and took the necessary time to listen to me and answer all my questions. Even though she had a busy schedule, she didn't just rush through everything. My experience with her has been outstanding compared to that of the doctor she works with who doesn't provide that level of service. Congratulations to Ellen!

Dr Mortell explained every step of the bone marrow biopsy to me before I even got on the table. Then while doing the biopsy she explained her next step. She really helped me to feel better because I was nervous.
