Katherine is the best. She is always prepared, gives expert guidance, listens to our questions and concerns and always provides helpful answers. She never rushes through, and makes us feel that she has all the time in the world (even though her schedule must be a nightmare.) That she worked us in today to address our issues before we leave on vacation means so much to us.

Ms. Heideman was amazing she took her time to explain everything to me and my wife, from the start of my treatments and gave us hope that we can beat this! She had such a positive attitude that made us feel comfortable that we can talk to her about everything, she a remarkable person and you're all so lucky to have her in your team, and we are very grateful to have her as our nurse.
