She is the best doctor I've had. I'm so blessed to have her in my team. Her care is amazing. How she describes my symptoms in a very relatable way is the thing I value most. I can always count on her to give me the best information possible not matter if it's good or bad news it's always delivered with love.

Dr. Heideman is an exceptional physician. She was prepared for my visit, was familiar with my issues and allowed adequate time to address my questions and concerns. She has established an excellent rapport with me so that I feel comfortable with information she provided. Every one should have her on their care team. I wish I could see her more often. I have been coming to NW for many years and she is on the top of my list.

I would give her a 20 if I could. She is so knowledgeable, caring and explains everything incredibly well. She has a positive but realistic attitude. I am very grateful that she is my CNP. She truly makes a difference in my cancer journey.

Kari Heideman has been just a fantastic NP throughout our (my Mom and her three children) entire immunotherapy process. She's communicated thoroughly, clearly, promptly, thoughtfully, with compassion, throughtout our entire journey, and is just a dear person, very lovely bedsie manner with our Mom and all of us, and has a lovely spirit and personality, all of which have made our experience much more tolerable than it might have been.
