She cares. Welcoming despite this patient's history with sugar and lack of discipline to control what can be controlled. Encouraging. Past behavior and bad choices can be left in the past and improved health is possible with knowledge and implementation of healthy behavior and habits. She makes one want to try!

She listens. Jen had a well prepared communication but instead of just rolling out a list of bullet points, she listened to my experience with food and day-to-day living behavior before attempting to addressing my medical concerns.

Jennifer was exceptional. I went in because I was having problems with my glucose meter. She went way beyond that. She spent time with me discussing different diabetic issues and things I can do. She was easy to talk to and non-judgmental. I learned a lot. She is top-notch.

Please see my response to the first question above. Additionally, the front desk staff is also exceptional. Friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. For those of us managing a long-term disease, an upbeat atmosphere of caring can truly be powerful medicine.

Jennifer is a very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. She customized her training for my personal circumstances and answered my specific questions. She also followed up with my endocrinologist to modify my insulin based on my glucose readings.

She is very caring and thorough. She really cares about me. I can honestly said that she has changed my life. I am not doing any crazy diet, or any weight loss medication, but I have steadily losing weight following the healthy living information/instructions she shared with me. I feel great.
