Dr. Robbye McNair is truly exceptional. After a lengthy search for a new OBGYN, she was the most informative doctor I've ever had. Extremely warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time answering every single question with genuine care and made me feel seen and supported throughout my entire visit. She's also the only OBGYN who has ever thoughtfully connected with me about my options for egg freezing, breaking everything down in a way that felt empowering rather than overwhelming. I left feeling confident, informed, and deeply grateful. I can't recommend Dr. McNair enough.

When searching for a new obgyn I came across Dr. McNair and all of the amazing reviews. I've been trying as a new patient to get an appointment for a very long time. When I finally got an appointment I was ecstatic. Then I thought, what if she's not everything I imagined. She wasn't what I imagined, she was more than I imagined, compassionate, understanding, clear answers to my questions, nice, pleasant personality, didn't make me feel rushed.

I've already recommended her, but am always hesitant to do it because I don't want to create more competition for me to get to see her! I have never looked forward to visiting any physician before, and even though visits still make me a bit nervous (even routine ones), I love getting to see and chat with her a bit, and having a friendly, non-judgmental (about my weight or age) physician.

Dr. McNair possesses a wonderful personality and relates to patients beautifully. She not only takes care of my particular concerns but also assimilates the answers and creates plans to address them. Dr. McNair is truly a physician who practices medicine with the understanding that we, her patients, are an amalgam of physical, psychological, spiritual and familial influences. Her kind and open manner elicits that information from me which in turn helps her treat me. I'm blessed to be one if her patients! Also, her med students and residents have a uniquely gifted teacher who, I sincerely hope, watch and listen well, for if her example is followed, they will learn invaluable lessons for their futures and the futures of their patients.

Dr. McNair listens attentively to my concerns and explains treatment options clearly. Dr. McNair is amazingly pleasant, she treats me like a person rather than a patient or condition. She's very thorough, she appears to be concerned about my overall wellbeing. As most of my Northwestern medical staff and physicians they involve you in finding the best treatment for you and any medical condition you may have; by explaining the prognosis and the options for treatment. They seem to give you choices for your healthcare.
