At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
I brought in a CD with images from five different MRIs which I know the doctor had reviewed before he came into the examination room and he was able to exactly tell me the measurable changes, over time, shown by the images and the amount of future measurable changes that would justify intervention. This was very much appreciated.
I absolutely loved Dr. James Chandler. He was referred by my neurologist whom I trust, but clearly exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled to return to see Dr. Chandler at my next appointment later this year.
I have never received such a warm reception and care by another Doctor. If I was to choose to go somewhere else it would only be for financial reasons. Dr. Chandler was amazing. I can see why he is so highly recommended. His confidence on the treatment and surgery was very reassuring at a time when I felt very overwhelmed.
My main concerns were with *Dr. Chandler himself. He was dismissive, condescending, put-out by even having to be there and I will follow-up with another MD instead of him. He may be a good clinician but his patient care skills are awful!!
*Dr. Chandler is an exceptional surgeon. I am so thankful to have had him perform my craniotomy & that he is doing my follow-up. My experiences as an inpatient were great! I love Northwestern! Best hospital ever! *Dr. Chandler is the absolute best doctor/surgeon. Could not be better!
Dr. Chandler came highly recomended. He had reached a conclusion after review of my MRI and a brief medical examination. His staff followed up today to ensure that I was in compliance with the prescription. Assuming that the diagnosis is correct -- I am very satisfied.
