Professional, covered everything we needed to cover in the initial video visit. There is no need for an in-person appointment and this was a much more efficient way for both patient, and provider, for delivery of the medical services needed.

Working with Jodi this year has been an absolute pleasure and I am tremendously grateful for her care and expertise in the months before my GI procedure, in addition to the follow up guidance she provided during our most recent appointment on July 30. Not knowing what to expect from a video telehealth call with Jodi, we were overwhelmed with gratitude! Jodi also had read my chart and test results. She introduced herself and let us know her goals for the session. She reviewed my symptoms, timeline and medication list. She asked meaningful questions specific to me and truly listened. She let us know what is kind of typical and where my symptoms fit in. She talked about possible paths to follow and the pros/cons. She assured us that she would meet with Dr Brenner and convey all my information. She set a realistic expectation of when we'd hear from her. Again- I feel listened to, respected and HOPEFUL that we can create a starting place for a plan going forward. It is such a relief to feel that I have a knowledgeable professional that I can contact going forward that is part of a team who really wants to and have the resources to help my individual situation!
