5.0 star star star star stargreat doctor overall and would definitely go back to Dr. Jain for future care. Dr. Jain was really helpful and knowledgeable but not at all patronizing-- he explained the plan for my care and answered all of my questions in such a way that I felt more like I was talking to a colleague than a superior (which has sometimes been the case for me).

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderI expressed concern for my ability to walk and did not feel like my safety or concerns were being taken seriously and I felt as if the doctor wanted to get me in and out quickly rather than understand my concern.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Jain is great. He's inquisitive, helpful, thoughtful, kind. Despite the fact that he does "sports medicine" I never felt like I was being overlooked or treated with less concern because I'm not an athlete.

5.0 star star star star starI've been to many other doctors who you can tell are on a busy time crunch and are trying to get out of there as quickly as possible. I do not feel this way at all with Dr. Jain. He offers a lot of really helpful advice that I can tell comes both from his professional education but also his personal experiences too.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
