Dr. Boska sits down with you, keeps things at a conversational level, answers every question without hesitation, and makes a difficult and challenging situation somehow manageable. She also gets back to you on MyChart quickly, and has a flexibility in her approach where might not have all the answers at the moment but you have confidence she will look into it.
