5.0 star star star star starHe has an excellent sense of communication with each patient client, including myself. He answers concerns with expertise and experience. I appreciated his sense of appropriate humor which eased my worries. I trusted him, immediately. I valued his professional diagnosis with the caveat, "you have two choices for your treatment." He allowed me to make the final decision of having a cortisone shot. He administered the shot using a numbing spray, first, then the cortisone syringe. Relief was felt shortly afterwards.

5.0 star star star star starDr Bare did a total shoulder replacement last year and is scheduled to do a revision on the right shoulder where another Doctor did a replacement years ago but often it displaces. The 3rd shoulder surgery is scheduled for text week, nNov 25. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Bare who does many shoulder surgeries.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
