5.0 star star star star starI was concerned that I insulted Dr by telling him I prepared for the visit by using AI to translate the test results into laymen's english and understand what can be done for my injuries. Even the nurse laughed when I mentioned my prep. I was pleased that I got to research my options and was prepared when Dr explained his thoughts. We have a plan I feel comfortable with and look forward to seeing how it plays out.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bare is caring and has an amazing personality. He is always well groomed and happy. Today I went for a cortisone shot and he explained step by step what he was doing as he was prepping the area in my back shoulder for my shot.

5.0 star star star star starSimply put...A Class Act!! The athletic trainer assessed my needs thoroughly. The X-ray tech was a true professional taking four different photos of the problem area. Dr. Bare gave me several options for remedy and truly respects me as his patient.

5.0 star star star star starHe identified my problem, gave me options and was recommended by the Northwestern doc who did my other shoulder and has since retired. He also did my sister-in-law's shoulder and she couldn't be happier.

5.0 star star star star starHe spent a sufficient amount of time with me. I feel he listened to me as his answers fit the questions. He didn't skirt my questions. He gave both pros and cons to doing surgery which I appreciated.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
