5.0 star star star star starFor the past eight years Dr. Dawravoo has taken excellent care of me. With the type of cancer I had, the prognosis was one year. He helped prolong my life for which I am very grateful. He always seemed to have my best interest at heart.

5.0 star star star star starThis was my first time meeting Dr. Dawravoo for some questions regarding a blood-clotting disorder. He quickly realized I prefer a higher level discussion and we were able to continue that way. Practical, reasonable, non-alarmist, clear, sound advice. It was quite refreshing, really. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Dawravoo has been very helpful with my care. He explains my issues, medications, and any options that I have in a way that is straightforward and easy to understand. He provides an environment that allows me to ask questions and offers his reasoning behind his recommendations.

5.0 star star star star starDr.Dawravoo has a reputation for extreme knowledge and being a "straight shooter". These are two attributes that I seek and admire. Although we have only met once in person (over two years ago) our recent Telemeeting allowed an interaction that I felt comfortable with.

5.0 star star star star starHe was attentive, confident but not cocky, positive but realistic. I certainly still very nervous about the future but i left feeling more hopeful than when i came in. I just felt a sense of comfort with him

5.0 star star star star starDr D has been extremely helpful. He is patient, always answers our questions directly and appropriately- even when the news is not the best. This has created great comfort during these difficult times by enabling us to trust him (and his team). We know he is doing his very best to extend my husbands life at the highest level of quality possible. Thank you.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
