Dr. Dubois came in, greeted me in a friendly and comforting way. Then, asked what brought me in, allowed plenty of time to explain my symptoms, and listened intently. He, not only examined what was necessary and provided me with a diagnosis of my problem, but also asked if I had any other concerns. Since I did have another concern, he did suggest another medical test to ease my mind.

The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to offer me a treatment option I was comfortable with. He also took the time to warn me about signs that suggest I should escalate my care. He had a very calming presence, like Randall on This Is Us! It's not something I'm used to, and for that I'm grateful.

Dr. Dubois responded quickly to my concerns and got my prescriptions going at the pharmacy so that I could get on the road to recovery. I have never used this service before and was pleasantly surprised.
