I appreciate the time Dr Stein spent doing his own diagnosis and the options he gave to me with explanations on the procedures. Even though I was upset annd disappointed about pushing procedure back another three weeks, this was not his fault, and he was taking best measures for my case and giving me more understanding of my issues.

Fully discussed all of the issues and the procedure. Explained what to expect and any problems that might arise. Made time to discuss the problem and the procedure alternatives. For the appointment, introduced the team and took time to meet me. After the procedure, we reviewed the video and he explained what to look for and asked how I felt.
