5.0 star star star star starDr. Kim's listening skills were on full display as I talked about my disappointment with the oncoplastic breast reduction I received at a hospital in my home state. He then acknowledged and validated my concerns and, though he did not think he could offer me a surgical solution, he thoroughly explained the condition of the breast, what to expect in the future and how to move forward. After dealing with a surgeon who wouldn't listen OR talk to me, it was an absolute pleasure to experience the quality of care that Dr.Kim offered.
