5.0 star star star star starShe answered all my questions, even those that were unrelated to why I was there. She was warm, friendly, and very interested in my well being. She also is a highly energetic person who goes out of her way to make you feel cared for.

5.0 star star star star starShe was very helpful, efficient and good nature as she pealed dried blood from my scalp. I could not have done it without her. She let me know as I was leaving that she sent a full report to my primary and dermatology group that all was well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Pamela Solowski was very nice and did not rush through my time with her. She was very pleasant to talk to and very thorough with her exam. I wish she was in private practice. I would choose her to be my primary care physician.

5.0 star star star star starAgain, I typically don't like to give a 10 because I never want Northwestern to get complacent, but Dr. Solowski was excellent.. I had an asthma flare up, and she understood that I understand my illness.. So, we went directly to a solution of Prednisone.. She wanted to get me on Prednisone immediately, but I hadn't had any breakfast, so she went out of her way to get me some water and crackers so I could start a dose of the medication.. She made me laugh, she answered my questions, and it was just an overall pleasant visit..

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
