Good bedside manner- very careful to make sure I understood aftercare instructions for my situation. But the scheduling staff were very slow to get back to me and did NOT give me aftercare instructions that I needed to know pre-procedure: I do swim lessons with kids, so knowing swimming restrictions matters. I prepay for gym classes so knowing exercise restrictions matters. I asked specifically and no one could tell me in advance.

I feel that April Szymanski has my best interest and she usually provides good recommendations. She seems to be knowledgeable about my condition and is able to address my questions. She is sympathetic, kind, and easy to communicate with. She makes me feel comfortable when I need to discuss my condition.
