5.0 star star star star starDr Shah is the most engaging doctor I have ever met. He actually listens to you when you are talking. I think he is one of the most intelligent doctors I have ever known. I feel that I’m getting the best possible medical care a person can get and I have been to a lot cardiologists. I have heart disease for 35 years.

5.0 star star star star starMy first time to meet with Dr. Shah and felt he knew my challenges and condition and had taken time to get familiar with Dr. Halil’s notes. He took time to talk with me and answer my questions.

5.0 star star star star starHe gets a 10 because he's a super nice guy. Talks to you like he's one of your friends. Doesn't use a lot of big words that we don't understand. It's just like talking with one of your buddies. But he also knows what he's doing and I feel real confident in his care.

5.0 star star star star starMore than most people, I have a life time of experience knowing and dealing with physicians. Dr. Shah meets or exceeds my standards for an excellent doctor. He is focused, thorough, down to earth, and communicative. He asks important questions, and gives clear and thorough answers to my questions. His treatment plans are thoughtful and logical. Importantly too he’s a nice guy.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
