Although she ran late, she took her time at my appt and I didn’t feel rushed. She made sure to ask about everything including pain and how I’m doing emotionally. She took time out of her day to send me postpartum mental health resources through my chart.

My daughter had to have a procedure done in which she was very nervous. Dr. Elborno was excellent in her care. She was very calming and she really put my daughter at ease with the procedure. She is great!

Friendly and took time to talk with me, but being my first time at the gynecologist I didn’t know what to expect and she didn’t really explain what she was about to do until she was in the middle of doing it which made me uncomfortable and feel awkward.

While the care she gave me was fine, she walked into the office 3 minutes after my scheduled time. I was taken back by the nurse and waited in the exam room over 30 minutes for the doctor, even though I was one of the first patients of the day. The nurse came in twice to inform me she was next door still, indicating that she had another appointment before mine which she was late to. I’d give sympathy to the fact that she’s very pregnant and moving slower, but the fact that she entered the office late to begin with isn’t excuseable. I didn’t feel that my time was respected.
