Once again Jennifer never used the terribly difficult words that frighten cancer patients. She doesn't say the words "cancer, lymphoma, leukemia." Her bedside manner is upbeat, positive and supportive. She's just a wonderful medical professional and a tribute to Northwestern. My brother is coming to the oncology department next week for his treatment after being referred from another hospital. I've told him that he will get the greatest care and treatment possible.
