I can't say enough good things about Dr. Choi. She cares about her patients, includes them in decisions on treatment and readily discusses options. She is both compassionate and knowledgeable - two qualities that are essential.

She is friendly, patient, a good listener, efficient, clear about treatment options, and goes the extra mile to get insurance approval. In my case, that took extra work on her part. She gave me the option of refusing sedation, which other doctors had insisted upon for a prior identical procedure.

She was friendly, did a brief exam, listened and immediately understood, clearly explained the next step and the choice whether to have light sedation (which I did not want) and made sure I was scheduled for it before I left. She's a pleasure to have as my 'back doctor'

Again, the way Dr. Choi does the procedure is so much more effective than anywhere else, that I can hardly compare them. I went from having to use an electronic wheelchair to get around the hospital, to walking on my own. Her bedside manner is always so vivacious and kind, that seeing her is a treat. Her work has changed my life significantly.
