I've been waiting for this survey, because I can express how amazing Dr. Baidoo is, and how lucky NM is to have him on staff. Dr. Baidoo is incredibly kind, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure I feel supported and cared for. He listens carefully, explains everything thoroughly, and never makes me feel rushed. I always leave appointments feeling heard and confident in the plan we've made. He's been patient and thoughtful throughout my treatment, and I can tell he genuinely cares about helping me improve and manage my condition long-term. I feel very fortunate to have him on my care team.
