5.0 star star star star starShe is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. She takes the time - every time - to carefully explain my CT & MRI images, next steps, and analyze my side effects (from my medication) and how to best manage them.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Mohindra takes the necessary time to not only study my scans and compare them for any change, but she is able to clearly explain what she sees ….she’s also very good at making certain that I understand her recommendations…and makes it clear that I am a part of the decision making process. I’m very pleased and fortunate that she is working with me.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Mohindra didn’t assume anything when speaking with our mother and I and asked us how much information we wanted in regards to life expectancy prognosis before giving us the data. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic during the visit.

5.0 star star star star starI would give her a 10+++. In addition to her excellent medical credentials, Dr. Mohindra is extraordinarily insightful of what her patient is going through as well as extraordinarily kind. Unlike so many other doctors, she just picked up the phone and called us when she understood we were going through a difficult time and not getting answers. Worth its weight in gold vs just another mychart message.

5.0 star star star star starDr Mohindra is part of the team that cured me from lung cancer. She has taken care of me physically and emotionally. Dr Mohindra is brilliant but speaks to me so I understand. Importantly, Dr Mohindra listens. You would be surprised as to how many doctors don’t. I will never tolerate that again. Dr Mohindra represents the pinnacle of healthcare.

5.0 star star star star starDr Mohindra is one of my favorite doctors at NW. She takes her time, I never feel rushed and she explains everything on a level I could understand. Not only did she take the time with my lung issues, we discussed other issues that showed up on my CT scan. Dr Mohindra was very concerned and quickly ordered more testing and got me right in with Gyno/Oncology. She is a 5â?ï¸? Top doctor!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
