I'm truly grateful for her knowledge, care, and encouragement particularly on the days when I felt frustrated or unsure. Wilore helped me stay focused and moving forward on days when it wasn't easy. I couldn't have done this without her.

As stated above, Wilore has been great to identify areas of improvement to help relieve discomfort and strengthen muscles. Her approach is very positive and she's connected me to great healthcare tech (biofeedback device) to help me know I'm doing exercises correctly.
