Mended Hearts Chicago

Mended Hearts is a national nonprofit organization that has offered the gift of hope to heart disease patients, their families and caregivers for 60 years. Recognized for its role in facilitating a positive patient-care experience, Mended Hearts offers services to heart patients through visiting programs, educational forums and support groups.

Meetings and educational forums are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 6 pm.
