Intake Process

After you contact the F2 Clinic, we will set up two visits for a comprehensive intake.

At the first visit, you will meet with team members to talk about your:

  • Mental healthcare experiences
  • Education and work history
  • Goals for the future

At the second visit, you will meet with other F2 Clinic team members who are specialists in their areas. They will help make sure you plan for other important parts of life, such as hobbies, social activities and overall wellness.

After you complete the intake process, a team member will help you develop written goals and an action plan. The plan will include steps to help you reach your goals.

Our intake process aims to make sure the F2 Clinic fits your needs.
