Symptoms of Kidney Cancer

The most common symptoms of kidney cancer include:

  • Low back pain (unrelated to an injury)
  • Blood in the urine
  • Fast, unexplained weight loss
  • A mass or lump on the side or lower back
  • Loss of appetite
  • Fatigue
  • Recurrent fever
  • Unrelieved pain the side (flank pain)
  • Swelling of legs and ankles
  • High blood pressure (less common)
  • Anemia (less common)
