Glad I kept the appointment! Very impressed with resident, did a great job at explaining my issue. I totally understand now what is going on in my knee. Really liked Dr. Tjong, explained everything and had a plan for issue. Got a steroid shot today. I would recommend her!

She was very knowledgeable and able to listen to my concerns and symptoms. She had shared she'd be back with a referral however a nurse came back with it and she didn't return. I had additional questions and wanted to thank her, and did not have the chance to do so. It would have been nice if that was more clearly communicated.
