5.0 star star star star starDr. Rodriguez was kind, thorough, efficient, didn't rush anything and explained everything well. He kept asking me if I was in pain/ how I was feeling before he would proceed, as well as keeping me updated on what he was doing/ what was next/ how much time left. It's not comfortable to get a procedure done awake, but he did everything to make me as comfortable as possible.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Rodriguez is experienced he kind I have confidence in him. He said I did not need surgery now, to come back in one year. I rated him a 10 because he deserves it, but sadly he spent about 5-7 minutes with me, said I need ultrasound tests on my legs, and soon he left. I had several questions which I couldn't ask.

5.0 star star star star starDr Rodriguez was most professional and reassuring. He took the time to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. I felt most confident in him as a Dr. & Surgeon should further treatment be required.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
