5.0 star star star star starDr. Hussey was very kind, compassionate, and did not rush us through our appointment. We had a 36week growth scan to follow up on growth restriction and were pleasantly surprised with good news that baby had grown a bit more. I am a long time NICU nurse and this is my 4th pregnancy/baby. I truly felt the Dr Hussey cared. He acknowledged my heightened concerns and anxiety being a NICU nurse for over 10 years. I appreciated him talking to me on a bit more of detailed level because of this. Thank you, Dr. Hussey for putting my and my husband's minds at ease! I would feel confident recommending my patients' families and friends to him.

5.0 star star star star starThe doctor seemed professional and extremely knowledgeable, asked insightful questions, gave helpful information about what options we have and why, and offered honest recommendations based on his experience. A couple explanations were a little technical, but he always paused to make sure we understood, which was helpful.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hussey was both friendly and straight forward. He did not coddle or speak down to me but instead spoke to be me like an adult and made sure I fully understood everything we discussed during my consult. He listened to my concerns patiently and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
