5.0 star star star star starDr Patel is very Thorough and seems to have her patient’s best interest at heart. The co-doctor and I do apologize that I do not remember her name I was very nervous going in there today to get results from my scan so I apologize for that. She was excellent also she made me feel very comfortable. She also gave me my results very quickly to ease my mind. She then went back and explained a few things that they couple things they did find. I feel that they are both doctors they truly want to help their patient and not just keep pushing poisons in their bodies. She’s letting me take 90 days off from chemo and I’m to return at the end of July to do a scan just to make sure everything is OK while I’m taking this break. I would recommend her to everybody.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
